ADAM's Strategy Is Rated Highest Among DAM Vendors, With a Top-Three Rating for Current Offering

The Forrester Wave(TM) report evaluated the 10 most significant software providers across 38 criteria. Discussing the increasing importance of DAM in the age of the customer, the report notes three key drivers:


- Omnichannel experiences drive the need for a core rich media management
hub
- Experiences across the customer life cycle create complexities in managing
rich media.
- The need for greater marketing and business agility.

The report further identifies two areas that DAM solutions must support: "Digital experience delivery" and "Marketing and business agility." Evaluating ADAM through this lens, Forrester cited the company as "a new leader in this space" and noted that:


- The solution has impressive functionality in workflow and
globalization/localization.
- ADAM also has increased its partnerships, deepening ties to other .NET vendors
like Teradata, Sitecore, and services partners.
- ADAM is best-suited for organizations with marketing and eCommerce-centric DAM
needs, and those that may have increasing global complexities.
