MADRID, July 3 (CHANCE) -
It's the fourth lawsuit for James Cameron claiming he ripped off Avatar. This time is by the artist William Roger Dean stating that the aesthetic world of Pandora was taken from his work and he claims: Breach of Implied contact, unfair competition, copyright infringement and unjust enrichment.
How much is he asking? Oh* just 50 million dollars. Let's not stop at that he also wants an injunction, full accounting and a court order to be posted on the web saying that the defendants have stolen from his original work not just from James Cameron and Avatar but also from the sequels and the Disney Theme Park.
Cameron has won two previous lawsuits claiming plagiarism; he still has one pending* well now he has two.
