En 2003, David Bowie repasó su extensa colección de más de 2.500 vinilos para un reportaje en la revista Vanity Fair, llegando incluso a escoger sus 25 favoritos.
"No hay manera de hacer una lista con mis discos favoritos con racionalidad. Tengo como 2.500 vinilos", dijo entonces Bowie, aunque después se animó a seleccionar 25 en una clasificación que ahora ha sido desvelada.
A modo de introducción a la lista, Bowie aseguraba que "si puedes poner tus manos en alguno" de estos discos, él mismo garantizaba "tardes de placer".
Y añadía: "Sin cronología, género o razón alguna, sin un orden en particular, 25 discos que podrían cambiar tu reputación". Vamos allá.
