Cava D.O. has held an event in London in cooperation with the Basque Culinary Centre and chef Elena Arzak for Masters of Wine and specialized journalists.
This event is an answer to the cava industry claim to promote this sparkling wine, specifically premium cava, within the country. Thus, Cava D.O. shows its strong support and, thanks to the help of the Basque Culinary Center, an event in which cava harmonies paired with haute cuisine were the main figure.
