Dieter Finke to drive business development at LNG Holdings S.A.

HANNOVER (GERMANY), 15 (OTS)

LNG Holdings S.A., the parent company of LambdaNet

Communications, a leading European supplier of network

telecommunications services, today announced that Dr. Dieter Finke is

to resume a consultancy role this month after a six-month sabbatical.

Dieter, who was CEO of LambdaNet until August 2002, will report

into Bernie Smedley, CEO, LNG Holdings. He will be responsible for

new business development, market analysis and special projects for

LNG across Europe. He will also sit on the Advisory Board of the

German operation.

His appointment supports the ongoing restructuring of LNG, its

operations and management organisation, to better reflect its

business objectives and opportunities in the marketplace. The

announcement is part of an ongoing plan to adopt a more

customer-focused sales and marketing position in Europe.

of LNG Holdings SA, the parent company of LambdaNet and acting CEO of

LambdaNet companies in France and Spain. One of Dieter"s tasks was

the planning of the LambdaNet network and overseeing the physical

construction of more than 22,000 kilometers of infrastructure

connecting 104 cities in 10 countries."

thrive and I am keen to continue this growth by maximise revenue
