El portero del Tottenham, Hugo Lloris, ha sido trasladado a un hospital este sábado después de sufrir una posible fractura en el brazo izquierdo en el partido de la séptima jornada de la Premier League ante el Brighton, en el que los 'Spurs' cayeron por 3-0.

El internacional francés cayó sobre su brazo izquierdo erró a la hora de bloquear el balón del primer gol del Brighton, obra de Neal Maupay, en el minuto 3 del encuentro en el Falmer Stadium. En la acción, se fue de espaldas y su codo se giró bruscamente hacia atrás, evidenciando una rotura.

Las muestras de dolor de Lloris motivaron su cambio nada más producirse el incidente, y el argentino Paulo Gazzaniga salió en su lugar. El jugador tuvo que ser retirado en camilla y necesitó oxígeno artificial. Según BT Sport, se le suministró morfina para ayudar con el dolor antes de ser llevado al hospital.
